Description of Service
ONYVA provides a platform for French learners to join live conversation events, access level assessment and feedback, and use related features. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use ONYVA. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ONYVA lawfully and respectfully. You may not harass others, share illegal or harmful content, or attempt to circumvent safety or access controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at the time of sign-up. You may cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds are handled as stated at purchase or in separate refund policies.
